I recently discovered athlinks,
which allows you to find all of your old races, "claim" them and keep
track of how you're doing. I love it because I have honestly forgotten
my races, times, paces, you name it. It took me awhile to find some of
my races since I changed my name when I got married, but I was excited
once I was able to find most of them.
This is my racing
history over the last 10 years (can't believe I've been running that
long), minus the most recent 2012 races. You can see, I got better,
than worse and then better again (The ideal would be to make it back to
the 7:34 pace from the Tufts 10K in 2008).
The Noggin
was born mid-2009, so there were no races for awhile, though I did run a
10K when I was about 4 and half months pregnant.
